Al Roissl is a respected name in the industry with a career spanning more than 25 years. Not only did he single-handedly establish offices in Toronto, Mississauga, Thunder Bay and Cambridge, his foray into growing Atlantic Canada operations is his latest venture.

In addition to his leadership role, Al also holds Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Elder Planning Counselor (EPC) designations. He supports various charities and established an annual scholarship promoting excellence in financial planning at George Brown College in Toronto.

David Feldberg began his career with Laurentian Financial Services as an account representative in 1991 after graduating from Carleton University. He went on to be part of the first Desjardins Financial Security Independent Network financial centre in Ottawa in 2000 becoming sole owner two years later. In 2018, David purchased operations in Outaouais, QC and Atlantic Canada.

He volunteers with several charitable organizations including the Halifax Progress Club, Maplesoft Centre for Cancer Survivorship and the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.

Dave is passionate about helping financial advisors to build independent, scalable, and profitable practices. With 35 years in progressive roles across the financial services industry, he brings deep experience in advisor development, practice management, and succession planning.

A long-standing Advocis member and Past President of the Nova Scotia Chapter, Dave is a strong advocate for professionalism and the value of advice. He partners with advisors to align vision with the right platform and resources, empowering them to build strong, client centered practices.
